We mailed the 1st of 3 letters in Ed’s Reactivation Sequence to 150 patients on 9/22/04.  That brought in 5 patients.  We mailed the 2nd letter in the sequence to the remainder of the patients on 10/12/04 and got another 4 patients to come in for appointments. 

My total expense so far is approximately $500(postage, labor, etc.).  Since our total production to date is $3,200, this means my ROI is over 6:1.  And we still have to send out the 3rd letter for more response!  A little effort with this system goes a long way.
